The team Veterans Over 35s are based in southern Manchester and play in the Cheshire-based Vets Division Premier Tier.

"That movement is what I'm seeking. It's enjoyable."

In addition to the forward's 6 scores on debut, Ireland has netted 8 in three games for the side, while Boyd scored five on his debut match and Joleon Lescott, a centre-half by position, notched a hat-trick in one match as a striker.
